So I booked it and from the second I made my reservation I was received and treated with first class service. I was planning a weekend getaway and remembered seeing this property featured on a program that was played on the tv’s at the Battle House Renaissance Hotel in Mobile which featured this hotel and 8 others on the Robert Trent Jones Golf Trail Resort Collection. I was greeted and treated by such excellent and friendly service in the restaurant. The hotel practices safe social distancing, mask wearing & sanitation which made me feel very comfortable with a buffet style breakfast. In the morning I went to the main building for breakfast and it was a buffet which I haven’t seen in almost a year at any hotel. The grounds of the hotel are large and the cottage has a bridge to which you can walk to the hotel. When I pulled up to the property I was blown away at how relaxing it looked and when I entered the cottage it was wonderful the room was large and had a great feel, large bathroom and walk-in shower as well. I checked in on my phone and the mobile key was sent right away and there were also keys and my breakfast vouchers waiting for me at the desk. The hotel thanked me for my titanium loyalty and upgraded me to a room in the Presidential Cottage!
